As a leading player in infrastructure and project finance across sub-Saharan Africa, our experienced and multi-disciplinary Infrastructure Sector Solutions team provides advisory and funding solutions across key sectors. These include energy, power and renewables, asset finance, transport, aviation, telecoms, social infrastructure, water, industrial facilities, midstream oil and gas, concessions and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).

  • Arranging, structuring and underwriting senior, subordinated and mezzanine finance (including inflation-linked debt), on a non-recourse, limited recourse or full recourse basis
  • Financial advisory services to private companies, sponsors, consortia and governments
  • Equity investments in infrastructure projects and infrastructure-enabling organisations
  • Financing the import and export of capital goods and services across Africa with export credit agencies
